Cooperative Operation Model of Wind Turbine and Carbon Capture Power Plant Considering Benefit Distribution

چکیده

Increasing systematic carbon sinks and clean energy generation proportion are the main ways to reduce emission of power system. In order promote wind accommodation system emissions, a cooperative operation model turbine capture plant (CCPP) is constructed. Then, equivalently transformed into two sub-problems. One optimization sub-problem alliance with goal maximizing benefit. The other benefit distribution fair distributing To protect participants’ privacy, alternating direction method multipliers (ADMM) used realize distributed solution Finally, effectiveness proposed verified by an example, sensitivity analysis carried out price cost as factors. example results show that: (1) By providing up down regulation services turbines, CCPP can obtain ancillary service income help declaration deviation which multi-win-win situation. (2) Carbon affects both thermal units equipment.
